Christine recently helped me prepare and sell my mother's condominium. I live in another state and was so relieved that Christine went above and beyond managing the details of preparing the condo to go on the market. She arranged and supervised painting, new carpeting, cleaning, and plumbing repairs. She was easily accessible and communicated with me regularly. She understands the market and gave us great advice. Cara was positive, patient, flexible caring and wanting us to find the dream of our home however long it took. With her advice we made some changes in our old home . I have not sold a house in a very long time and this happened to be a 1031 exchange, which I have zero experience. Laurie Barbieri was exceptionally thorough, answered all of my questions and concerns, and made sure that I got top dollar for my home. She worked closely with the title company to ensure that all funds for the 1031 exchange were handled appropriately. I could not recommend Laurie Barbieri more highly.

My wife and I were planning on moving out of state, and on what we assumed would be just a fact-finding visit, we found a property that we absolutely fell in love with. We needed to act quickly to put in an offer. The only problem--we hadn't even put our home back in Englewood on the market. Having worked with Ray and his wife Susan to buy my then current home back in 2012, I knew exactly who to call. We weren't sure what made sense to improve or what steps we should take to get an offer quickly. Fortunately, Ray did. He was able to walk us through the process and offered plenty of options for us to consider to make the right choices for our sale. He was readily available to answer whatever random questions we thought up, and he helped us find a buyer for our property insanely fast. Because of his constant, rapid support, we were able to close on the sale of our home and free up the equity we needed to buy our dream house out of state. We couldn't be more pleased.

Our experience from beginning our search to closing on our new home was very pleasant. We had not done this for over 25 years let alone working from another state and were worried about how the entire process would work out. Ray kept us informed of the homes that fit our parameters and once we had a list, flew out to Colorado to spend the day looking at those homes with him. He carefully went through each home with us and pointed out the features of each as well as any potential problems. We never once felt pressured to make a decision. We selected a home that day, he wrote up the offer and before we knew it we were in escrow. He provided guidance throughout the entire process and kept us informed about everything. We could not have been happier with our decision to work with Ray!

Katrina worked very hard to address and negotiate all of our concerns and expectations. We bought property site unseen with confidence of having been there. Always available to assist in every facet of the process. Even met with contractor post closing to get Radon system installed. Walked us through all contract and closing documents. Felt with a somewhat challenging seller/seller agent to address all issues with utmost professionalism. Best agent we have worked with to date. There are good realtors, and there are great realtors...then there's Krista Bryant Reichow, our exceptional, amazing, superb realtor!! Krista has a vast knowledge of the real estate business, and she put that knowledge to work for us during the recent purchase of my mom's house. Thru her company's database, she ensured that we were getting information on every single listing that met our requirements and wishes, so that no stone was left unturned. In the 6 months or so that we were searching and placing offers on homes, it seemed that there was an unusual amount of hoops to jump thru and brick walls to run into with mortgage companies, HOA rules and regulations, seller's wishes, etc. However, Krista kept a positive attitude thruout the entire search, even when we ourselves felt defeated, and she persevered in finding the perfect home for my mom. She never pressured us to make decisions or biased our opinions with those of her own. She was incredibly patient and took the time needed to thouroughly explain everything so we understood exactly what was what. She acted with professionalism in all of her interactions with us, my mom's mortgage personnel and the sellers' agents. She was always quick and efficient, readily available for showings or to answer questions, and did all this in a competent, cheerful and compassionate manner. I will recommend Krista to anyone I know who is looking for a realtor. She has our vote for being the BEST realtor available, and has our inexpressible thanks for all she did for us.
