We’ve worked with Christine twice now. First when we bought our condo 5 years ago and again when buying our home, and both times were great experiences. She really knows what she’s doing and made the whole process easy for us to understand and enjoyable. She helped us find homes in the school district we wanted and with most of the features we were looking all within our budget. She was able to negotiate with the seller of our current home to take care of many of the problems that would have been costly to fix, like replacing the roof and damaged siding, and still kept the price of the home at asking along with the addition of seller credits to buy down our rate.
