Krista's communication skills and professionalism are superb. She kept an open line of communication through and through. There are too many specific examples of Bill's work to cover. Suffice to say think of a need to be filled and he exceeded all expectations. Baseline starting points such as market knowledge and research done well in advance with professional presentation. Bill's investment in our situation ranged from expert industry related advice all the way down to meeting service providers, adding hours of physical time in the home during pre-listing prep, even mowing the yard. One thing he told us at the beginning is he limits his listings during a defined timeframe to better focus on his current partners because he's not a team, he's Bill and he puts himself into it wholeheartedly. Even though he's part of an excellent firm we experienced his focus and assistance firsthand. Bill was always available and provided updates on a continual and consistent basis. His partnership with my sisters and myself to sell our mother's home was invaluable and I have no hesitation in recommending his services to anyone needing to sell a home.

Scott is very responsive, always quick to reply via text, phone, or email. He excels at finding the right property based on what you want and doesn't waste time suggesting homes that don't fit the bill. His negotiation skills are fantastic and he isn't afraid to write an offer below asking price and he has the research ready to back it up. Ray was awesome for us. He answered all of our questions at every stage, and if we had a question he didn't know the answer to, he immediately said, "I'll find out for you." We always felt like we knew what was going to happen next and what to expect at every step. Whenever there were different decision points, he laid them out very clearly with the pros and cons, which made it very easy to go through the process. The whole process felt so comfortable because Ray has been doing this for so long and is such a tremendous communicator. I don't write many reviews, but I would honestly say you won't find a better Realtor in this area.
