I would never have been able to buy our house in Lakewood without Justin's professional experience and deep knowledge of the area. I flew in for a week from Germany to find a house. But what sets Justin apart was his ability to plainly and concisely communicate the important information to us as buyers so that we could make informed decisions. He clearly brought this in his communications with the seller's agent as well, as he handled some potentially sticky situations with very low drama. He also expertly managed a huge time difference (eight hours) and helped us stay on top of our lender and other parties to ensure that we stayed on schedule for closing. Ryan was critical in deciding what upgrades and fixes would most help with the sale of the house. He also helped us get the house on the market at the right time for the right price so it didn’t sit for too long and get stale. Through every step of the process Ryan explained what was happening and why it was happening and made sure we fully understood what was going on and how it affected us. He was patient when I got emotional and sentimental was there every step of the way. We have now purchased a house with Ryan and sold a house with Ryan and can’t imagine anyone doing a better job than he did throughout both processes.
