Lauren set the price on the selling of my home - I thought it was a little high but she assured me she knew what she was doing and she turned out to be right -- to my delight. (It sold in about a week!) She also tirelessly took me around to see many homes in my price range and after I put a contract on my new home, she stayed by my side and went above and beyond to help me get over problems with selling my old residence and issues with my mortgage on my new home.
