If she didn’t pick up, she would always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. Seriously. This was the first site unseen home that we’ve ever bought so it wasn’t a straightforward deal. Darcy looked in cupboards, under sinks and we felt she was being very honest with us through the whole process. We were out of country so couldn’t come look ourselves so she was our eyes. We met Cindi at an Open House almost two years ago and she has stayed with us on our house search ever since. We weren't quite ready yet to purchase at the time we met her, but we were researching the area and wanted to see multiple houses before we were ready. We had a home in Tacoma, WA which we were preparing to sell. That ended up taking much longer than we thought. Cindi stayed with us through it all giving us information regarding the area, the builders and contractors etc.. At times we thought of building.
