I want to start off by saying Kaylin is a wonderful person to work with! She showed me 7 to 10 houses and when I lost out on the first house, she kept my spirits up and didn’t let me get discouraged. When my offer got accepted on the next property, she counseled me and kept my anxiety at bay. She fought to get me a good purchase price and a few extras thrown in. After that she organized everything that needed to be done and through the process of escrow and closing kept wonderful communication with me and instructed me step-by-step what needed to be done.
