I initially asked Linda to meet up with me to have a conversation about possibly listing my condo for sale or rent in the future. At the time of this initial meeting, I was very impressed with Linda and her concern for me as a potential client. I subsequently listed with her for a short time, withdrew my listing and then relisted with her again at which time I had an offer within one day that I accepted. I cannot say enough about the time, care and expertise that Shelly did for us while searching for our new home. We knew what we wanted but it was not easy to find. Shelly had some terrific ideas and followed through with us until we found a possibility. That was just the beginning of our journey. This was an unusual house sale situation that required more time and expertise then a normal house sale would be. Shelly continued to stand by us, held our hands and “plowed” through the paperwork which seemed unending. Shelly supported us through the entire process and never wavered in her care and concern. In the days before we finally made settlement Shelly joined us at the new house and shared her ideas and suggestions on making the house ours. She had a few kitchen plan options, floor and paint color ideas. My head was swimming with all of her input. Steve Reed was Awesome! We had a Condo that we just could not sell. By Owner and 2 other realtors. We contacted Steve and he was a true professional. Kim has sold two of our properties now. She is much more than a realtor she treats you like her family.
