Not only did he work hard to find homes that met all of our criteria, but he was quick to point out any issues or concerns with properties and then would council us as to potential costs to repair. He really cared about trying to find the right home for us and he did! We could not be happier!! Brandon will be our go to guy for our next home purchase and sale!!!

For the first time in my life, I bought a house that I had never set foot in. Thankfully, I had Brandon Romero working for me. My daughter and I bought a house together in Ft. Myers - she was moving from St. Louis, MO, I was moving from Kansas City, MO and we had decided to merge households. My daughter was able to spend time in Ft. Myers searching for a home and Brandon was highly recommended to her by a work colleague. I had planned to travel to Ft. Myers to search with her and Brandon, but my home in Kansas City sold in just a few days and I had to scramble to pack up and prepare for the move to Florida. Brandon helped us in so many ways, took the time to understand our differing needs and requirements, and expertly guided us through the process of choosing the right home for us, negotiating a price acceptable to us, guiding us through the mechanical inspections, and completing the purchase. He took as much pain out of the entire overwhelming upheaval as was humanly possible. We are now in our beautiful new dream home in paradise. Thank you Brandon - we are now having fun!
