Nancy helped us sell our Little Canada home in March, 2015. She could not have been more helpful, more encouraging, or more professional. We were lucky to have had her on our team. We put the house up for sale at the worst possible time for Minnesota, the week before Thanksgiving in 2014. For a couple of months, we had very little action but Nancy encouraged us to stick with the house sale and didn't put any pressure on us to lower our price or compromise our expectations for the sale. When we received an offer on the house, there were plenty of complications due to the buyers' contract requirements and a non-participating buyers' agent. Nancy and our lawyer worked out the details and got us to the closing on the original contract date.

Linda went way above the job description to assist us. She met with home inspectors and trades people because we could not be there. And when we backed out of the first transaction, she went to several other condos and took pictures for us to decide which one we wanted to purchase. Linda patiently showed us numerous properties in numerous Naples developments. The house that we purchased was not for sale when we we're in Naples. Because of the up front work with Linda, we confidently put in a bid from Michigan for a Naples house in the subdivision that we liked best. Linda arranged for the sale to be done remotely. She guided us through the on-line signings, arranged for a fellow realtor to evaluate the house for us, and made the purchase possible for us. We also used her referrals for inspection process and handyman problems. All of her referrals were excellent.

Nancy Moe is a realtor I would highly recommend. She is very knowledgeable about the process and is very good at keeping you up to date on what is happening along the way. She really listens to what you specifically are looking for and narrows the search based on your wants and needs, which makes it a lot less overwhelming. I was a first time homebuyer and I felt really comfortable because she made the process so smooth.

Summary of their experience I meet Raymond Cabral in January of 2010 when my husband and I were looking to purchase property in Naples Florida. I found him to be friendly, patient, knowledgeable, prompt and helpful We saw many properties together and he was helpful but never "pushy" with me.
