Steve Reed was Awesome! We had a Condo that we just could not sell. By Owner and 2 other realtors. We contacted Steve and he was a true professional. Kim has sold two of our properties now. She is much more than a realtor she treats you like her family. For the first time in my life, I bought a house that I had never set foot in. Thankfully, I had Brandon Romero working for me. My daughter and I bought a house together in Ft. Myers - she was moving from St. Louis, MO, I was moving from Kansas City, MO and we had decided to merge households. My daughter was able to spend time in Ft. Myers to search with her and Brandon, but my home in Kansas City sold in just a few days and I had to scramble to pack up and prepare for the move to Florida. A few months ago I had to move my mother from Cape Coral, Florida to Texas as she was no longer able to live on her own. So when it came time to find a Realtor we could trust and rely on, a friend suggested we contact Marlo Oxley. They told me how great she was and assured me we would not be disappointed. Marlo made us feel comfortable and confident from our very first point of contact. She was personable, knowledgeable, and patient in answering our many questions throughout the process. Her response time any time we had a question was amazing. She never failed to get back to us super-promptly. She works at lightening speed - Once we gave her the green light to list the condo we were doubly impressed. The photos and video were stunning, she held an open house quickly after listing, and perhaps my favorite part is that every single time there was a showing she sent us an email with the potential buyers feedback. Her communication skills are fabulous. She has a very friendly personable and professional demeanor, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. We never actually met with Marlo in person, yet she took care of us as if we were family. She genuinely cared, and went out of her way on more than one occasion to handle something out of the ordinary for my aging mother to promote the sale of her condo. I whole-heartedly recommend Marlo for anyone having real estate needs. She is truly outstanding. I've lived in five states over the last 20 years, bought and sold nine homes. Our Son had Rented in Naples for seven years & he has visitation with his Son, every other weekend. So, my Wife & I decided it was time to purchase a Home that Matt could bring Myles to & we would have a place to spend the Winters, instead of in Ohio. So Steve had Matt to a dozen homes & would Skype/Facetime to include us in the walk-thru. And in January 2015, we closed on a home on the Imperial River, that had everything we wanted & below budget. Through it all his patience and professionalism was at the highest level. As an added bonus I was able to use his title company which made the process even more convenient.
