Let me preface this review by stating that I typically don't write reviews, nor base my decisions on reviews as everyone has an opinion that is unique to themselves. That being said, I felt obligated to not only Amanda, but the potential buyers, and sellers out there in SWFL, sincerely trying to find the right fit for their needs in the buying , and selling arena. Being that this is a major, possibly life altering purchase, and decision, I want people to know that you cannot lose hiring Amanda. On the selling end, as well as the buying side, she is the full package. Despite being young and full of energy, she without a doubt has the experience needed to handle each, and every aspect of the process. She says she has you' re back, and she means it. Shes an exceptional communicator, and business savvy, with a plethora of contacts in SWFL covering all related areas of expertise. You may argue, if she's all business she's probably lacking on the personal touch end of things. On the contrary, this is where she's as shines!!!Without going into my situation, let me just say that my family, and I have a realtor, and friend for life!!!!PS. We need to pick a night for that dinner I owe you!!!

Amanda was simply wonderful to work with, she helped with the entire process of purchasing my condo. She went with me searching from Naples to Cape Coral, offering counsel and expertise on the market in each area. Once I was ready to make an offer she structured it perfectly to give me the best deal possible. She was also super responsive, checked throughout the process with me and even helped out with the Mortgage folks when they had questions. She attended the inspection for me (I was on the other coast) and did an awesome job in getting me to the finish line for closing. Couldn't recommend a better person for the sale or purchase of a new home.

Look, here’s the deal: if you want to trust that the person helping you sell or purchase your home is going to not only be knowledgeable but also care about you and your important decision then Amanda is the agent for you. I purchased and sold a home with her as our agent, and I’ve never seen someone work harder or care more. She instantly became a trustworthy and reliable friend that got us the home of our dreams and top dollar for the sale of our home. No need to look elsewhere because you won’t find anyone better. Who you get to sell or help you buy your house matters! Amanda knows that better than anyone!

Amanda was there for us with every step through the sale of our home. Each phone call or text she was very responsive and courteous, as a busy mom herself this is highly respected. During our process we hit some bumps with the buyers loan/realtor and she helped get us through the ups and down of the process. She gave us the realest idea of how much we could sell our home for and the confidence that we were right for the market. We received the best price for our home, more then we could of imagined. She definitely did her research. We highly recommend Amanda for your selling or buying needs, she truly is the Realest Realtor.

If I could give Amanda 10 stars, I would! She is an exceptional realtor with a vast knowledge about the industry and the swfl area. Amanda guided us through our buying process with efficiency and thoroughness. She offered profound insight, invaluable feedback, and outstanding communication. Amanda and her team are authentic and passionate about their work. They treat their clients like family, so much so that I’ve recommended her to my parents as their realtor!
