Myers - she was moving from St. Louis, MO, I was moving from Kansas City, MO and we had decided to merge households. My daughter was able to spend time in Ft. Myers to search with her and Brandon, but my home in Kansas City sold in just a few days and I had to scramble to pack up and prepare for the move to Florida. Brandon helped us in so many ways, took the time to understand our differing needs and requirements, and expertly guided us through the process of choosing the right home for us, negotiating a price acceptable to us, guiding us through the mechanical inspections, and completing the purchase. A few months ago I had to move my mother from Cape Coral, Florida to Texas as she was no longer able to live on her own. So when it came time to find a Realtor we could trust and rely on, a friend suggested we contact Marlo Oxley. They told me how great she was and assured me we would not be disappointed. Marlo made us feel comfortable and confident from our very first point of contact. She was personable, knowledgeable, and patient in answering our many questions throughout the process. Her response time any time we had a question was amazing. She never failed to get back to us super-promptly. She works at lightening speed - Once we gave her the green light to list the condo we were doubly impressed. The photos and video were stunning, she held an open house quickly after listing, and perhaps my favorite part is that every single time there was a showing she sent us an email with the potential buyers feedback. Her communication skills are fabulous. She has a very friendly personable and professional demeanor, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. We never actually met with Marlo in person, yet she took care of us as if we were family. She genuinely cared, and went out of her way on more than one occasion to handle something out of the ordinary for my aging mother to promote the sale of her condo. I whole-heartedly recommend Marlo for anyone having real estate needs. She is truly outstanding. I've lived in five states over the last 20 years, bought and sold nine homes. Our Son had Rented in Naples for seven years & he has visitation with his Son, every other weekend. So, my Wife & I decided it was time to purchase a Home that Matt could bring Myles to & we would have a place to spend the Winters, instead of in Ohio. So Steve had Matt to a dozen homes & would Skype/Facetime to include us in the walk-thru. And in January 2015, we closed on a home on the Imperial River, that had everything we wanted & below budget. We started working with Steve because we were interested in buying only a Villa in a certain development. However, we would not be making it down to Florida for a few months. During that time Steve kept us informed on every change in the Villas available within that development. By the time we got to Florida we had 4 to go see. We visited the condos and then took some time to decide. We found Steve to be prompt, courteous and informative. During the time we were making our decision he provided all the information that we needed to make our decision without being “high pressure”. My wife and I decided to purchase a second home in Florida for personal and potential rental opportunities. We are from the Pennsylvania area and did not know any realtors located in the Naples / Fort Myers Beach area. We closed on a home in Fort Myers Beach with Steve's help in April 2016. To anyone thinking about listing their Naples Area home, I just wanted to let you know the kind of experience we had with the realtor we chose to list our home. Steve Reed. He met with us viewed our home and went through the comparable sales in our Neighborhood. He told us what he felt the current market value of the home was. Which he also said he could get us an offer in that range in short order. We decided to list at a higher price which he agreed to do but warned us it may take a little longer to achieve. Ever since the home was listed we could always count on Steve to communicate with us weekly. He would tell us How many showings we had the last week. What the feedback was from those showings What new marketing he had done for your home in the last week And Any other pertinent information regarding the sale of our home. Within short order we had received an offer but much lower than what we wanted and lower than even what Steve had suggested we could get. Steve was in agreement that we should not accept the offer. We countered and it was not accepted (Yet) Within a couple of weeks the same buyer was back , looking again, this time they made an offer within the acceptable range for cash and we accepted. Steve was very professional and prompt in every stage of the process from listing, marketing , communication, negotiations and closing procedures.
