Our experience with Lupe as our Realtor was above and beyond great. She got on our offer right away, was very communicative to us via email and text at any necessary point, she was super helpful with showing my mom homes. I couldn't have asked a better person to help me find a home for my Mother. The hardest thing during a purchase of a home is finding the right Realtor who has the knowledge, connections and keeps very open dialogue with the client (me). Lupe did everything I would expect from a Realtor, and I never needed to worry about paperwork missing or errors. There was a few edits to be done in our contract a few times, but that was the brokers side or the seller. Lupe was simply awesome to us. I was so glad she helped my mom understand the process and recommendations of areas in Prescott, she had the patients to do it in Spanish for her. We will forever be grateful to her.

Tim was a pleasure to work with, We were looking for a specific type of property. Tim narrowed down the search quickly to a few homes that he presented. Although all three were good candidates but one fit the bill perfectly. He offered his expertise on the suggested offer number and the background research he uncovered. First, we listed our home in mid-May 22 when the market was very hot. Initially, we chose a 1% commission agent. We got what we “paid” for. In the first three months of the listing, we had at the most, only seven showings. After getting zero offers in 3 months, we decided to pull the home off the market and planned to rent it. Then our Rescuer showed up! - Realtor - John Murphy. John helped to make our home look “show ready”. He had many showings and open houses in a time the market was in a plateau “coma”. There were too many houses in the market! But John held weekly open houses and personally attended most of them. We got a full price offer that fell through, which was pretty upsetting to us.
