Tammy worked with us to make the sale work and progress well. The original planned sale took a little longer than originally thought, but not due to Tammy’s fault. The market just changed too rapidly. We had to lower the price due to that market, but still we’re able to get a reasonable price to match our needs and theirs, based on the current market at the time. When a buyer became available, she helped us in preparing the home for any needed corrections with her contacts, to get the home through inspections and the escrow process. We would definitely recommend Tammy as an agent for the sale of your home or to find a home.
