Great lady !
Very smart and caring ! Will definitely sell your home ! She's a go getter and a very positive soul . Im not the easiest and she handled me with care . Fantastic and accommodating!
We had a wonderful time working with Garrett to find us our new home in Prescott Lakes. He was easy-going and dedicated in driving us to many homes before we finally found he one we wanted. Great communicator and helpful to us as out of state owners.
Debbie has worked with us for almost two years. She was patient as we emptied the house of 50 plus years of belongings and memories. She was always available to answer questions. She was always willing to supervise repair work at the house and attended every showing she could. Real estate has had a bumpy road over the past few years and Debbi provided information to keep us up to date with trends. Debbi cares about her neighborhoods and wants to assure matches for both the buyer and the seller. We appreciate the time and energy she put into selling our folks’ house.

Lynn Stoppe began helping us a year prior to us arriving in the Prescott area while in the process of selling our prior home. She was always available to answer any and all our questions, which were many, and made us feel we weren't imposing on her time. She is very familiar and current on the market of all the surrounding areas and neighborhoods, and was professional in giving us needed advise we sought. She has knowledge of 25 years in the area, and was helpful in finding storage units and a temporary rental to stay in once we sold our prior home. When we found the home that checked all the boxes we needed, she followed through every step of the way, being by our side during the escrow process, walk-thru and move in. We can't say enough good things about how smoothly the process went. Being a past real estate sales agent myself gave even more insight as to how professional she is. We highly recommend Lynn for all your real estate needs!
