John was an amazing and highly active realtor. Every month that our house was on the market with John as our realtor, he showed our home multiple times and had high numbers of people constantly coming through to view our home. He did everything it took to bring people to the open houses and to bring notice to our home. His advice for fixing up a few things in our home to give it a better curb appeal was stellar. Since we were no longer living in the area, he worked with us to arrange for someone to do the needed yard work and minor repairs as they arose. When it snowed, he even shoveled our drive himself so that our home would be ready to show. He went above and beyond to work with prospective buyers and to meet their stipulations for our home to be sold. His negotiation skills were excellent to ensure that our home was sold at a good price that also pleased the buyer. We highly recommend John as a realtor.
