First, we listed our home in mid-May 22 when the market was very hot. Initially, we chose a 1% commission agent. We got what we “paid” for. In the first three months of the listing, we had at the most, only seven showings. After getting zero offers in 3 months, we decided to pull the home off the market and planned to rent it. John was an amazing and highly active realtor. Every month that our house was on the market with John as our realtor, he showed our home multiple times and had high numbers of people constantly coming through to view our home. He did everything it took to bring people to the open houses and to bring notice to our home. His advice for fixing up a few things in our home to give it a better curb appeal was stellar. Since we were no longer living in the area, he worked with us to arrange for someone to do the needed yard work and minor repairs as they arose. Absolutely the best. I have talked to a number of agents over the years but never have I come across one like Maryland. I met her years ago while handling my deceased brothers affairs. She was more than happy to help and took the time to answer questions and help me understand realestate. She is a true Saint. A year later I purchased a home but was talked in to using a realtor my credit union recommended "not a great experience". Being a fairly small town, I would run across Maryland from time to time and I was always met with her great smile and cheerfull attitude. She always asked me about my family and how we were doing. When it came time to sell my house one person came to mind "Maryland" and what a great experience it was. She was always pacient with me and more than happy to take the time to explain till I fully understood. Unlike the agent from my credit union.
