Joan took the bull by the horns and got our rental condo out there in the real estate world quickly. We wanted to sell it fully furnished and ready for a renter. She placed it on the market as soon as possible for realtor to see 1st. It wasn't long before we got a full price, cash offer. We were delighted. After the inspection was completed, there were 2 items requiring licensed contractors to address. One was an HVAC issue and the other a plumbing issue. Although we have lived in Prescott 24 years and had connections in both businesses, the environment being what it is, made it very hard for us to find these services. Joan was able to hook us up with a good HVAC contractor, and the day of their service, turned out to a day I was not available. Joan meet the contractor at the condo and stayed to the end of the service. It was a real relief to know she was willing to be there for the contractor, knowing how hard it was to find one.

Kat’s people friendly smile and openness and her ability to be a good listener made it very easy for my wife Mary and I to share our wishes and expectations regarding the sale of our home in Prescott Valley. We worked with Diane when we initially purchased our home about 16 years ago. When it was time to sell, we did not hesitate to call her. Diane remembered us and almost everything about our house.
