We had a difficult situation that entailed spitting the proceeds of a piece of land for sale. Lynn was able to navigate the situation with great professionalism. She had the property sold within days of it being on the market. Lynn worked with three potential buyers and it sold for $10,000 over asking. Lynn Stoppe began helping us a year prior to us arriving in the Prescott area while in the process of selling our prior home. She is very familiar and current on the market of all the surrounding areas and neighborhoods, and was professional in giving us needed advise we sought. She has knowledge of 25 years in the area, and was helpful in finding storage units and a temporary rental to stay in once we sold our prior home.
