Kat’s people friendly smile and openness and her ability to be a good listener made it very easy for my wife Mary and I to share our wishes and expectations regarding the sale of our home in Prescott Valley. Her knowledge of the local real estate market and homes in general and her way of sharing information without exactly “telling”us what to do made it very easy to work with her in a way that became more of a friendship than a simple “client/professional” relationship. Her skills enabled us to sell our home in a timely manor consistent with our wishes to relocate across the country quickly close to where our family had resettled and at the same time we realized a very good sale price especially considering the rapidly changing housing market conditions during Spring 2022.
