Simply the Best!
As experienced property investors, we turned to Carmen when the most important purchase was at hand, our new home. While we are not difficult buyers per se, we are exceptionally picky, looking at scores of homes spanning the spectrum of prices and localities, yet Carmenās patience never wavered despite many months of searching. Her insight into every neighborhood paid off many times over when concerns and strengths not readily apparent would be brought to our attention, helping us to make an informed decision at every turn. When it came time to submit offers, our frugal nature once again posed no challenge for Carmen as she negotiated precisely as needed.
