Realty ONE Group Mountain Desert | Kingman

🏁Your trusted real estate advisor for retirements, estate sales and off grid living - guiding your next move.🏁 I specialize in helping retirees, relocating homeowners, and families responsible for selling a loved one’s home throughout Kingman and Mohave County. These transitions can be emotional and overwhelming, especially if you’re handling the details from out of town. My role is to make everything clearer, smoother, and more predictable from the first conversation through closing. I’ve been licensed since 2001 and have lived throughout Mohave County, both in-town and off-grid. That experience gives me a unique understanding of our area’s ranching neighborhoods, rural properties, and the lifestyle shifts that often come with major moves. I love guiding others towards the do's and don'ts of rural life. Clients value my communication, steady guidance, and ability to simplify complex steps. As a founding Partner Agent for the Checkers Real Estate Group and a branch manager for Realty ONE Group Mountain Desert, I’m committed to communication, honesty, and delivering clarity and confidence at every stage of the process. Outside of real estate, you’ll usually find me out in the desert with my family, enjoying the quiet beauty that makes this area so special....or possibly the not so quiet enjoyment of riding in the side by side! :) Whether you’re preparing to relocate to the are for retirement, navigating the sale of a family estate, or looking to escape into the off grid lifestyle, I’d be honored to help guide your next move.

As a Realtor focusing on off-grid properties in Northern Arizona / Yavapai County / Mohave County / Coconino County my goal is finding the perfect property for you, whether it’s for a weekend get-away site or a homestead. I love driving the back roads of Northern Arizona and taking my clients out personally to view properties which suit their individual situation and goals. And then working hard to get them the property of their dreams. When I work with private sellers and land investors, I strive to get them the most return for their investment. With home sellers, I analyze the market so we can position the property in order to maximize profit. As a real estate transaction coordinator and customer service specialist for more than 20 years, I bring experience and dedication to my role as your trusted real estate advisor. My business has grown successfully and consistently thanks to repeat business from clients and their introductions to family and friends. In my first year as a Realtor I closed 64 transactions, increasing to 110 in my second year, earning accolades from my brokerage. . If you’d like to work together, please reach out. I look forward to getting to know you and am here to help you achieve your goals!
