Julie made it very easy from day one to understand the whole process of selling our inherited property from another state. She provided us a list of various vendors, from insurance companies to cleaning people, even before we had signed a contract for her to represent us. She walked us through what to expect once the contract was signed and everything went just as expected. There was even opportunity to have someone help us with other services (moving companies, utilities and other local services) which would have been beneficial if we were relocating vs just selling the property.
Julie was a trooper. We had a list of issues that she guided us through like a Champ! We had to sell because we were relocating to a VA Hospital in another state. She understood everything we needed and got us a great price. The timing was perfect we are moving into a new home 1000 miles away with zero days homeless.
