Being that I live over 1,300 miles away, I was extremely overwhelmed with all that needed to be done in the 3 days I was in town AND all to be done after, when I returned home. She very easily put me at ease with explaining the home selling process as well as having any and every contact/connection that I could need to get started on everything required for the house. Each person she recommended, also surpassed my expectations with being reliable, quick, and thorough with the work they did. Chantal had a clear and thorough answer for every question I had throughout the home selling process and even though I may have asked too many (haha) she was always so kind and easy to talk to. Property needed a lot of work to get ready for a standard sale and Chantal was able to help with getting me help cleaning up the property and repairing everything that needed repair. Chantal was able to get help with removing all of the items from the property, getting quotes from plumber, electricians, roofer's, waste disposal and lot cleanup on 2 1/2 acres. Chantal saved me a lot of trips in acquiring the quotes for work to be done and help me select the right people. After the property was repaired and listed we were able to get 2 full price offers after approximately 45 days on the market. The sales transaction went smoothly and on time with a 30 day escrow.
