She knows the off-grid living market VERY WELL! She not only marketed our property well, once we got an offer she jumped through EVERY hoop to get it closed! There was a lot of challenges we faced after we got the offer....such as: appraisal issues because the appraiser had never appraised an off-grid property before, several lender hurdles since the buyer's lender had never done an off-grid property, she handled all of our repairs that were asked of the Buyer, she drove out to our property EVERY single time anything needed to be done or for EVERY single inspection & walk-though. (And our property is out 8 miles on dirt roads) Unfortunately, we were not able to be there but she was available to be at the property EVERY step of the way & we couldn't be more happy how everything turned out, Buyer is excited and so are we!! Both my husband and I are former Realtors and she even impressed us!!
