I have never met a realtor that works harder than Chantal. She is honest and sincere and works hard no matter if it’s a small or large project. Now here’s the part where Chantel was amazing. Our land was sold and we were getting ready for the closing when I woke up one morning paralyzed from the waist down. My vision was not only blurry, but I was seeing double. My hands would also get numb. Put this all together and I had a very difficult time signing my name. We went through three closings before Chantel found someone that would come to me in the hospital and supervise everything that needed to be signed. Without Chantel going above and beyond I don’t think the sale would have gone through.
