Stephani is an amazing realtor! As she got to know my husband and myself, she took the time to ask the right questions and learn what we needed in our dream cabin. She FOUND it! She didn’t waste our time on cabins that might fit, she found the one that is a perfect fit. Stephani advised us through the offer and negotiating process so skillfully. She really knows her business. She made each step easy to understand. She was always available to answer our questions and address our concerns. With Stephani’s help we closed on our cabin a week early with a price we were happy with. Stephani has also helped us with local service referrals. We would recommend Stephani Allen to anyone looking to buy or sell property in Northern Arizona. Thank you Stephani for helping us find our dream cabin.

Daniel did a fantastic job on a challenge property. The challenge for this property was, although it had many improvements it was still considered vacant land. He marked it in a way that we are able to reach many potential buyers and had multiple offers to choose from.

Daniel and Jesse were very professional, knowledgeable and honest about their assessment of the current market. They helped me choose the right listing price and I am very happy with the result- several showings and a good offer within days. The rest of the process was very smooth. Jesse and Daniel worked to communicate well with me and the buyers' agent through each step. We closed early and everything went well. I am impressed by the integrity and diligence that Daniel and Jesse showed. I highly recommend The Collins Team!

Callie was very knowledgeable about the market I was interested in and very patient with all my questions. She was prompt with her replies to every email and text I sent. She showed me appropriate houses without trying to “upsell” me. She kept me apprised of all details during the buying and closing process. And she has checked on me several times during the move to make sure all is well. I will definitely use her again should I decide to move (not likely cause this place is perfect for me) and will recommend her to all my friends. Simply the best!!!

If you are looking for a realtor that will go above and beyond what is typical in the Munds Park/Northern AZ region, Nancy is for you. As a seller, she lists the home in both the ARMLS (valley) and NAZMLS (mountains). She utilizes any and all social media outlets (which is important in a small community, it gets the neighbors talking to their friends that are looking) and has the listing on Realtor.com and Zillow. She is communicative, positive and patient. I have my realtor license myself and really can't think of transaction that has gone any better. Our house, listing to close, took a total of 12 days in a softening market. Really can't get better than that!

JP was incredibly helpful and accessible as our realtor when we were purchasing our first home! As first time home buyers, there were a lot of things we were learning as we went, and JP was excellent at both anticipating our questions and needs, as well as helping us with any questions we did have. He made the home buying experience as simple as possible, and had the connections within the community to help us when we needed to do things like find a roofer after our inspection. To top it all off, he was able to effectively and efficiently help us with everything, even though we were living on the east coast during the entire home buying experience. He was able to go in to houses and do video calls with us while we were remote, and also took pictures of the house when we needed them too! After we closed JP even went to the house and set up a lock box for contractors to come in and work on the house before we moved in. Overall he was extremely helpful and informative, and he was flexible with everything we needed, we recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone! – Christopher and Alysia

Amanda is hands down one of the best realtors in Arizona. We are beyond happy with our journey of buying and selling at the same time in this crazy market with Amanda. We could not have gotten through it without her. Her patience, professionalism, kindness, honesty, education and willingness to find the right house for our family goes unmatched. Selling a house during the process of buying can be stressful. Amanda was on it, with everything. She gave us amazing recommendations that we will continue to use. We learned a lot from Amanda, and will continue to utilize her and will recommend her to everyone we know and is in need of Realtor. Thank You Amanda, for EVERYTHING!

Dave is an amazing agent. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. His direction, strategy and knowledge of the market helped up sell our house in only a few days while the other homes compatible to ours in our area are still for sale. We appreciate how easy he made everything. He is willing to do anything it takes to make a smooth transaction for his clients.
