Ann-Marie was the absolute best to work with for our first home purchase. It took us three months to find the perfect home because of this crazy market, and she was willing to show us as many homes as we wanted to see along the way. She even sent out flyers to home owners in a neighborhood we loved to let them know she had interested buyers. Lastly, she submitted an offer for us while on vacation in Hawaii with her family. There were "issues" from the buyers side, however the contract Elizabeth put together protected me from the "issues" and ended up paying me extra money on the deal! I really felt protected by her. The deal could have taken a turn for the worst of not for her contract.
