Steven helped us find a home in this crazy housing market! He did his research on the properties we were interested in and never let us settle for a lesser home than what we wanted and deserved. After viewing the first couple of houses with him, I was comfortable going to several open houses on my own to find any issues we didn't want (i.e. foundation cracks and mold). I felt like he was our coach and wasn't afraid to keep us informed of the good and the bad. I appreciated his honesty and dedication every step of the way. Steven has been very helpful with finding our future home. My wife, myself, and my 2 kids have had only the best experience with Steven as our realtor. He was very attentive and listened to our concerns and wants for our home, and did not "up sell us". Call me old fashioned but I truly appreciate straight shooters. If u want no "BS", no upsells, and honesty you need Steven as your realtor. My family is now has a new home for our kids to grow up in and a house full of memories to create. Karen was the greatest! If I could give 10 stars, I would. Any time I contacted her about a listing, she answered me within minutes. She did not waste any moment getting me a showing. She went the extra mile on absolutely everything! She was honest, very helpful, answered any questions I had, and most of all even after we closed on the listing she still helped me out with anything I needed. And what realtor takes out your trash at your new house that you haven’t even moved in yet or calls general contractors for appointments?!
