Steven Hewitt, of Realty One Group Inclusion really cares about his clients. My wife and I met Steven two years ago at another property he was selling. From the initial meet, he presented himself as knowledgeable, personable, thorough, and efficient. Over the next two years Steven would send quick texts and calls just to say Hello and lighthearted conversations. In 2022, we decided it was time for us to downsize and sell our current home. We met other realtors over those two years but the only agent who stood out to us was Steven. From the first time we met him to date we remembered his Customer Service. Steven Hewitt, of Realty One Group Inclusion really cares about his clients. We met Steven two years ago at another property he was selling. Although we were not ready to buy or sell, Steven continued to check-in to see how we were doing with short text messages or quick phone calls. Never any pressure for two years of contact all initiated by him did he say or do anything where we felt anxious or pressured that we needed to sell our home “Now.” Fast forward 2022, we were now ready to sell our home. The first name at top of mind was Steven. Granted, over two years we had met at least half-dozen of agents many of whom we did not remember their names except for “Steven”. It was the first impression he made when we met him two years ago and all the check-ins, he did for two years that we felt he was our best option. His customer service from our initial encounter was professional, courteous, friendly, personable, etc. We met with Steven about selling our home mid-April 2022. From the word “Go” he knew exactly what he wanted to do with our property to make it stand out from the others. All the tiny details, lighting, professional photos, video tour (so a potential buyer could get a feel of the space), aerial pics, Facebook, etc. He knew the tiny details could go a long way with a potential buyer. First weekend in May our property was active, Open House held Sunday, a solid Contract on Monday and closed within 30-days. It was like the stars had aligned. Last September 2021 , I told my friend I ‘m looking for house in Savannah and he recommended about Jessica, he was Jessica’s client .
