To preface, our journey was abnormal... What should have taken 21 days took 4 months. Obstacle after obstacle popped up. The seller really wasn't prepared to sell the house, so several amendments had to be negotiated, including our early move into the house pre-closing. Shandira handled it all with grace and support professionalism. Even the listing agent was impressed with her. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new home.
