Steven was very knowledgeable and responsive to every question and provided insight to the process and the homes encountered. During negotiations Steven was up front about what was good and not so good about each home. Also was wanting things to be right and never lead one to remotely think he was putting a commission above the interests of his clients. We were buyers and if he has a property listed I would think he would have the same effort as a listing agent for his client. Steven is very personable with us and know he can look out for our best interest in dealing with the seller and their agent.

The process was a little more complicated with us being in Missouri, but Susan worked around that with ease. My daughter and son in law worked with Susan to view and video houses for us. I decided to move from Los Angeles to Savannah, it was a big and scary decision but Cline Wooten made it an effortless experience. He walked with me every step of the way, answering my endless questions and concerns. He listened to what I needed in a home and the surrounding area and found me the perfect home in the Highland Park area. He is truly a gem, not only is he an amazing realtor, he is a great person as well. He did not try to sell me just any property to make the sale, in fact when I sent him properties he would say " I don't think that is the right fit for you, or I don't like this area for you" Even after the sale closed, he kept checking in on me to see what I needed to make my move easier. He answered every text and every call almost immediately! Working with Cline was an exceptional experience, he is a very knowledgeable and compassionate realtor. I highly, highly recommend!

We have really enjoyed working with Heather. She’s knowledgeable in Savannah area. She find out what is important to you and works on to making those comments happen in your purchase of a home.
