What a great experience! I started talking with Steven over a year before we even moved to Georgia and he was always super helpful, easy to talk to and available with any questions we had. So when we finally were ready to start looking to buy he was ready and provided everything without skipping a beat. Needless to say we found a house in a couple weeks!! Trying to find a new home to purchase within the same city or state that you currently reside is stressful enough. Trying to locate a new home in a high turnover area over a thousand miles away is beyond frustrating. After interviewing several realtors, I selected Karen Krupp because of her personalized skill sets. While other realtors were just sending me new listings that came on the market, Karen had asked a lot of questions and then listened to my requirements and deal breakers. Acting on my behalf she went to the houses that met my needs and then face timed the walk throughs. Although I was in an entirely different state, it felt as if I was personally walking through the houses.
