“Steve was a perfect real estate agent for me! He communicated everything very well up front and throughout the whole process. He went above and beyond in marketing the house from Facebook posts and videos to websites outside of Zillow and the typicals. He puts his own money into helping to sell the house! Gave great feedback on what needed to be done to give the house the best chance to sell. When it came to negotiating, he deserves 10/5 stars! I was ready to just take the offer to sell the house. He negotiated an extra $7400 out of the buyers. He stayed strong and worked magic when I didn’t want to fight anymore. He also took care of the house after I moved since I couldn’t anymore. Steve is a great real estate agent and will help you with anything you need to sell the house! Highly recommend!”

Jessica didn’t just sell my house—she coached it into the spotlight. Professional? Absolutely. Knowledgeable? Like a real estate encyclopedia in cute shoes. Open to suggestions? Always. Even if it was stepping outside of her comfort zone. Helpful? Without hesitation. To the point that she once broke a sweat getting my house ready for a showing when I couldn’t. Who does that? I’ll tell you who: someone who genuinely cares for her clients and getting the job done! We really put her to the test. Tight budget but high expectations. The house is very non-traditional, which we love. Large living room and kitchen area. She worked diligently to find our perfect fit.
