This can be a long process and Rebecca was very professional in every way. When I selected the house we returned to see it again and was able to proceed with the closing within thirty days. All matters that needed to be dealt with by seller were checked by Rebecca to make sure of their completion. Susan Ross went above and beyond when it came to helping us find and close on our first home. As a first time home buyer we were completely clueless when it came to terms, finding a mortgage lender, & everything that comes with buying a home. She was available 24/7 when we had any sort of question or concern and always explained things to us to a tee. I’ve never met someone as knowledgeable as he when it comes to this stuff. She never got annoyed when I asked the same question over and over until I understood either. I never felt uncomfortable asking her about anything since she is super personable. If it wasn’t for Susan I don’t think we would be in the position we are today. She helped us on locking a great deal down and also helped tremendously on finding a Morgage lender that has also been a pleasure to work with. She’s a go getter and will fight for you! We loved working with Susan very much! After closing she’s still helping us with situations we’re running into which has been a huge help and much appreciated.
