She not only listed and sold the home for a price that we were happy with, but also spent an extraordinary amount of time and effort scheduling and meeting 3rd parties aside from buyers so that I didn't have to drive back and forth to deal with maintenance contractors etc. Ann-Marie also held a significant amount of well-attended open houses and was constantly in communication about buyer feedback and home status. Ann-Marie was the best real estate agent we could have ever asked for! She was polite, courteous, prompt, and accomodating every step of the way. Ann-Marie allowed us to view several different homes, and she never pressured us into settling for just any home. If there was a home we wanted to see or had interest in, she made her best effort to show it to us immediately at the best time possible for us. She was informative and let us know of any issues that would occur. Ann-Marie was on point and never missed a beat in any aspect of our home buying process. It was a blessing and a pleasure to have her as our agent. She most definitely is an awesome person altogether!

Kelly was terrific! We were doing a long-distance purchase (lived in NY) and she helped us find the right house quickly. Plus, she took control after we closed the contract by helping us to find people to do work on the house prior to our move and then provided oversight of the work. Shelly helped me and my fiance purchase a house. From start to finish, she went out of her way to provide information, even when I messaged her at 9 PM on the weekend. She went above and beyond truly, even helping us get documents to our loan officer when we were in the Bahamas! We had some issues getting the seller to fix things in the house, after multiple attempts, and Shelly stayed on them until they were done. When our loan was delayed because of the hurricane, Shelly offered to store our furniture in her house while we stayed with a relative. Shelly is amazing!
