Chelsey did a wonderful job helping me sell my house. It was a long process, as I had some leak issues soon after the house went on the market. Chelsey went above and beyond to help me through that process, offering contractors, advice, and helped oversee the entire ordeal. If you are trying to sell or buy an investment property you would be wise to work with Elizabeth because she knows the Savannah rental market better than most. After two unsuccessful attempts at selling, Elizabeth was the agent to move property. Really understands the nuances of selling and buying investment properties, especially in and around Savannah. Not many agents understand the critical details involved in moving a rental home as most are not landlords, but she knew everything. Instrumental in coordinating the legal and financial elements for a smooth transaction. Very pleasant to work with.
