After 4 months of having our home on the market as For Sale by Owner we decided to hire a realtor. Rebecca immediately came to mind as she had offered to help us at the beginning of the home sale process even though I had told her at the time that we had no plans of hiring a realtor. She said that was fine but offered to come to the house and talk to us about the home sale process in GA anyway. We agreed and found her to be honest, direct, very helpful and most important NOT smarmy. Within a few days of listing with Rebecca we had a signed contract on the home. She went above and beyond, handling all of the contractors and inspectors entering the home for us as we no longer lived near and kept us up to date on everything right up to closing. If you want a realtor that knows her market and is willing to work hard for you we highly recommend Rebecca.

I can't say enough about Matthew and his group at Realty One in Savannah. They went above and beyond to find exactly what I was looking for. From the one-on-one service to the hands-on approach throughout the entire process , I couldn't be more pleased. I strongly recommend Matthew as your realtor to sell or buy in Chatham County area. We used him to sell our property downtown Savannah a few months ago and sold the property at listing price quickly. He is knowledgeable, a quick communicator, friendly--and gets results. What a great realtor Shelly is. We worked with her purchasing a property in the Historic District. We live in Winter Park, Florida and were interested in a Pied-a-Terre in Savannah. We found the one we wanted, but it was during the Covid Pandemic. That posed a special challenge since all had to be done remotely. Shelly assisted us each step of the way, making us feel like we were in Savannah during the process. I highly recommend Shelly to both local and distant clients.
