Rhiannon took the time to get to know us and our home buying needs. She asked great questions and understands her role well. She didn't try to force us in any direction except where we wanted to buy. We ended up buying the perfect home and location to meet our needs. We're extremely happy with our decision to partner with Rhiannon. She used her abilities to work for us and win the battle! 🍾💐

Patrick was great to work with and we highly recommend him as a Realtor. He was always available for questions and we felt included and informed about details during the entire process. Selling a home can be a huge stressor and having Patrick in our corner eased that burden immensely. He always had our best interests at heart and is one of those rare gems in the real estate industry who actually cares about his clients. We will continue to recommend him for years to come!

Jenee was incredibly knowledgeable of the greater Des Moines area and helped us find the perfect spot for our family. We had to do all virtual tours and she was always willing to set up a lineup despite our work schedule and time difference across 2 time zones. Gave us her honest opinion and was always available for questions and quick to respond. We would definitely recommend her to friends and family.

Rick did an outstanding job of helping us prep and sell our parent's home. It was a highly emotional time for us and he was understanding, compassionate and really went the extra mile to help. I was trying to manage things from out of state and he went above and beyond to handle things for us so I wouldn't have to fly back for everything. Rick has great knowledge of the area and is well connected to folks who can handle house prep at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Rick to help you with any real estate needs you have. Thanks Rick! Sincerely,Diane Lingenfelter

Johanna was the absolute best to work with! She is always knowledgeable on the current market and knowing how to manage different situations along the way. We were lucky enough to list our home with Johanna but also she helped us find our dream home! The process on both sides was smooth sailing and we owe that to her knowledge and professionalism.
