Nita was such a great agent to work with during the home selling process! We contacted Nita months before listing as we were considering a big move. The very first meeting she showed up promptly with a smiling face, ready to go. She was always well-prepared before every meeting and did a lot of research along the way. She was in constant communication about her research findings as well as checking in and seeing if we needed anything or had any questions along the way. I would often text her questions and I could always count on her to respond quickly.
