Although it may seem like the process was prolonged, it actually moved quite quickly and smoothly when you consider we were operating from a distance and in a different time zone. Synching both of our work schedules was not easy, but Rick made it happen. He was attentive and listened to our needs, yet honest with us as to what the market held. His patience helped us to understand many of the nuances we would not have otherwise been privy to, and he made sure everything was completed in a timely manner. When our own-sourced financing fell through, Rick was able to find us a lender on short notice that was able to tailor a loan that fit within our means. I honestly don't think that we would have been able to complete this purchase in the time frame allotted if it wasn't for Rick Blackwell and his team.
