When my father-in-law told us that he wanted to move to Iowa from Wyoming we did not know what to do to make that happen. We called Wayde and he took it from there. He sent us listings and set up appointments to check out houses. He also looked into discounts and tax breaks for Veterans. He advocated for us with the sellers agents and worked with us through the whole process. He communicated with us and my father-in-law and played liaison among us all to get inspections, walk-throughs and financing handled. There was never any pressure and he did not try to "up-sell" us. It really felt like a family member was helping us out. The whole experience was smooth because he handled any difficulties that came up and I would recommend Wayde to anyone looking to buy or sell a house or property.
