About Michael

Just a little about me… After receiving my college degree in culinary arts, I made the cross-country move from Boston to Las Vegas in 1998 to pursue becoming an executive chef. After a few years in the industry and renting small apartments, I decided that I should be a property owner and not a renter. I bought my first property in 2001 and immediately started saving for a second one. I purchased my second property in 2003 and converted my first one into an income producing rental property. I then thought about my real estate agent and how I felt I was more involved in the home-buying process than the agent was. At that point I decided to change careers and get my Nevada Real Estate License. Since 2005 I have been a full-time real estate agent specializing in residential sales and purchases. I have experienced both the boom and the bust of the Las Vegas housing market.

More than Just Another Agent

Cuold have been a five except for the Titlt company.

Cuold have been a five except for the Titlt company. We have sold eight (8) homes in five states and this office of Stewart Title was by FAR the WORST ever!! Hands off should be their banner cry. We had to push them to complete each and every required task. Stewart Title should fire the entire team that "supported" us and hire a new team that knows what they are doing!

This may sound like an exaggeration, but if I could give Michael a 10 out of 5, I would! We bought a home in Vegas while still living 1800 miles away and never once did Michael let us down. From viewings, negotiations and financing Michael was on top of everything. He monitored everything to help things move along and stay on time. We felt 100% confident that Michael would make sure everything went smoothly for us. One of the best realtors we have ever had, 6 states and 8 houses later.
