Alan Dolce

This is the fifth time Alan has worked with me on buying or selling. He has acted as my agent not just buying and selling my houses he puts time and work into getting everything repaired or replaced as needed to get the best price for me regardless Íf purchasing or selling. At 82 and having bought and sold many houses as an investment or residence I have worked with many realtors/Agents and of the numerous ones I have worked with Alan stands head and shoulders above them all. His knowledge base on building and construction is outstanding. His knowledge of the real estate industry and laws are vast. I would trust him to act in my best interest in selling or buying any real property. I have done just that as I had to sell my residence in Nevada while in Alabama with medical problems and couldn’t return to Nevada. Alan handled everything for me and I had not one problem. Alan was polite, professional and his background in construction along with his familiarity with the area was beneficial. He kept us well informed and there was no surprises at closings.

I saw a business card for Mr. Dolce on my mom's dresser after she passed away. I called Mr. Dolce & told him of my mother's passing & he informed me that he was the person who sold my mom her house. I asked him if he could be our agent to sell her house & he accepted the offer right away. He was very compassionate, helpful, friendly, nice. He had alot of knowledge about the market. He was able to sell the house in a couple of months. The communication was awesome & quick even though we lived out of state. The transition was easy to sign documents via computer. Alan had met with me several years ago. At the time, my wife and I were not fully ready to make a purchase. Alan continued to allow us to virtually view properties online and followed up with us. I feel that as my wife and I grew he was there seeing our progress.
