Nancy, did an excellent job for me. She listened to what I wanted in a home and the price range I was looking at. She was very diligent in researching what was out there and made a plan to look at all of them so we weren't back tracking. She knew that I wasn't looking to buy for a year but still kept in mind what I was looking for. When I came back a year later, I discussed the changes I had made from my original search and she went to work and I was able to find a beautiful home. I would recommend her to anyone.

My wife and I first met Ms. Michel at a mutual friend's home in the Phoenix area. We were instantly impressed with her ability to communicate in ASL (American Sign Language), as my wife is deaf. She was intimately familiar with the City of Surprise, Arizona where we wished to relocate from San Antonio, Texas. She showed us the various areas in which new construction was being conducted, pointing out the plus and minus of each destination. After three busy days of inspecting new homes, we decided on the Desert Oasis location which featured Pulte Homes. Knowing what our budget was, she worked very diligently with the Pulte Homes sales staff, lowering the cost of the home from $312,000.00 down to $288,000.00, a savings of $24,000.00 dollars. She walked us through all of the necessary paperwork, and in no time all we owned our dream home! Ms. Michel didn't stop there. She further assisted us with having the property landscaped and introduced to yet another contractor who assisted with some upgrades in the kitchen area. She regularly checks on us to monitor our progress or to assist us with any questions or concerns we might have. She demonstrates tremendous amount of knowledge in the Real Estate business and is an absolute Daisy with a most charming personality!

While buying a home for the first time may seem overwhelming and a bit frightening, she made the entire process easy by explaining every step of the way with us. She listened to exactly what our families needs and expectations for a new house was, and showed us houses that only met these standards. She not only was highly professional, knowledgeable, and responsive, but she also was incredibly patient with our family as we have 2 small toddlers who enjoyed every house we saw. She exceeded our expectations during negotiations before we closed, she went above and beyond when she researched different quotes for anything that needed fixed or repaired, and even continued to help us with any concerns we had the following months. My brother died in the Phoenix area and I and all of the family lived out of state. We contacted Ilene, who had previously done a market study for him on possibly selling his home. She responded immediately and met with us that night, during our very brief stay in the area as we tried to settle his affairs. She and the rest of her team handled everything for us from start to finish, and since we were not local, that was extremely helpful.
