My brother died in the Phoenix area and I and all of the family lived out of state. We contacted Ilene, who had previously done a market study for him on possibly selling his home. She responded immediately and met with us that night, during our very brief stay in the area as we tried to settle his affairs. She and the rest of her team handled everything for us from start to finish, and since we were not local, that was extremely helpful. I can't say enough about how appreciative we were for all of her help and compassion, not to mention getting us a prompt sale at a good price. I give Ilene my highest recommendation.
