Nancy was able to fit me in on short notice as I was coming from another state. She spent one day showing me over 9 homes and the next day revisiting my top picks. Got the home we wanted and she had us closing in a timely fashion.

I hired Nancy to sell my mother's home in Sun City. She is very experienced, particularly in that market as she lives there. Nancy had some great ideas on how to stage the house and did all the work to get it ready for sale. She did not use high pressure but made it easy to see she could market and sell the property. It was an easy decision to work with her. The house sold so quickly it almost seemed too easy. I highly recommend her.
