Nancy had some great ideas on how to stage the house and did all the work to get it ready for sale. She did not use high pressure but made it easy to see she could market and sell the property. After acquiring a home in SunCity AZ from my parents estate we thought we would try the rental scenario. After two years we came to the conclusion we just weren’t cut out to be landlords! We listed with a Mesa company that really wasn’t in-tune with what was happening in the SunCity area neighborhoods. We listed the home way too high and had very few showings. Basically wasted 3 months. Nancy was able to dial us in right away. She knew the price points and supplied us with lots of comparable homes so we could decide what our home might be worth in todays market. It was a time of over pricing and high expectations. She brought us back down to earth and priced our home accordingly. We listed it on December 10th and it sold and closed by January 17th.
