Jack Cannada is an awesome realtor! From the beginning of the listing process to the final close of escrow, he guided me through the ins and outs of handling the sale of my home in Arizona. He gave me excellent advice in preparing my home for listing. I could be in contact with him for my questions throughout the day, and since he answered right away, I rarely had to leave a voicemail with those questions. Mr. Cannada helped me understand the contracts that were offered so I could choose the best one for me. Negotiations and Close of Escrow went smoothly, thanks to Jack. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to help me with this process, and I thank God that Jack Cannada was able to be my realtor.
