Kristi is the BEST!!!!! She was absolutely wonderful, my Girlfriend and I were looking for our first home and knew somethings ,but she added what to look for. Kristi went threw every house we toured and pointed out everything bad and good about it ! And I mean EVERYTHING !! It made the decision making process so easy. Michelle Sausedo was a very polite and efficient realtor. We had previously worked with a man with a different company who was very pushy only had his paycheck on the brain. We found Michelle by clicking the link at the bottom of a home on zillow, she responded within minutes with a professional, to the point phone call which is what you want. The first and only house we had her show us, she immediately contacted the homeowner during our showing to discuss some obvious issues and they agreed to fix them before we even offered. We did not beat around the bush and neither did she which was appreciated. I could not be happier with the smooth experience of working with Michelle, I had a specific set of requirements and it took 6 months to find the perfect house and put in the winning bid . During that time Michelle only showed me houses that met most or all of my parameters and did not waste my time with ones that did not. I really appreciated that. There were no problems with the whole process from the time my bid was accepted until the final paperwork was signed.
