Theres not enough characters in this box to describe how wonderful Ilene is at what she does. Ilene was so thorough it was unbelievable. From researching houses to look at the night before, to sending me updates throughout the entire process of making an offer, to having trusted companies to go to for things like the inspections. There was not one step that was missed or that I had to figure out On my own because she always had everything covered. She also always made time for me no matter what time it was or what day of the week it was. We could be up looking at houses at 7 in the morning. She sat on the phone with me at 9:30 pm to explain my contract to me. She came to my house at 9 pm a different night to meet with the notary to get my lease signed because of my work schedule. She makes time for her clients as if they’re her own family. Another thing is that even after I had my house, she still continued to offer guidance. She would send me emails with information on the warranty company when she saw on social media that I had termites. She was able to answer questions about my loan company paperwork when I couldn’t get them on the phone. And even a few month after found the name of my inspection company when I couldn’t find my paperwork. She is very kind, professional and thorough. I would recommend her to anyone.
