When it became necessary to move out of the home prior to securing an acceptable offer and buyer, she helped us manage every aspect of an absentee seller completion of all and every task that presented itself. Although we were accomplishing all final sell and closure activities long distance from our new home and location, April walked us through every step in coordinating with the closing escrow officer and others involved in the process. Her knowledge and expertise in handling our circumstances made the entire process as manageable as one could hope it to be.
