April Maloy's assistance in readying our home for listing on the real estate market, identifying and helping in getting buyer home inspection exceptions fully and satisfactorily completed and accepted by the buyer, and securing the best possible offers and pricing we could hope for, was exceptional. She helped us secure reliable and reasonable staging and house preparation counsel. When it became necessary to move out of the home prior to securing an acceptable offer and buyer, she helped us manage every aspect of an absentee seller completion of all and every task that presented itself. Although we were accomplishing all final sell and closure activities long distance from our new home and location, April walked us through every step in coordinating with the closing escrow officer and others involved in the process. Her knowledge and expertise in handling our circumstances made the entire process as manageable as one could hope it to be. Adam does a great job of going above and beyond to work with you throughout the entire process. Me and my wife moved in to our house on January 1st after we started looking in March of 2019. He was quick and flexible but also took his time to truly care for us and be our advocate when we didn't understand what was going on. I would honestly recommend to anyone to work with him as he has been so amazing to us. Without him I dont really know if we would have found a place in the time that we did. Throughout everything he's been amazing and has taken his time to even follow up with us after moving in to our new place to make sure we were doing well. Thank you Adam, it means a lot.

I don't even have the appropriate word to describe my experience with Bridgette so I will just say she is AMAZING!! She was referred to me about 4 years ago by a family member who had nothing but wonderful things to say about her so I first reached out to have her help me find a rental when I moved from NH to AZ. A year later she helped me find and purchase what I thought was going to be my forever home but life took me in another direction and I needed to upsize. I didn't even hesitate to reach out to her again and as always she was right there to help. We just recently closed on what will now (hopefully) be our forever home but if I ever find myself in a position where I need to move again or purchase a second property, she is absolutely the first call I am making!
