I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received from Kyle Marshall as my realtor. The key attributes I feel Kyle excels in are his communication skills and his responsiveness. We were in a different time zone and Kyle made sure to be available at convenient times for us and would respond immediately to questions. He not only kept great lines of communication with us but all of the other participants in the process (lender, buyer agent, etc.) enjoyed working with him as well. Kyle's adherence to high ethical and moral standards was apparent throughout. Selling a home can be stressful but with Kyle's positivity, educated and simplified explanations, regular updates and reminders and overall warmth and confidence we really found the entire experience to be our best in real estate. Ilene was the perfect agent for our family. We are from the east coast and she knew everything about her area. She treated us like family. We could not imagine having a better experience finding our home. We have a 4 year old who went to every home with us. This might be a challenge to some, but Ilene handling our son perfectly. He became part of her "team" and she made him happy and comfortable the entire process. We know that we will use Ilene for all our future real estate transactions. I would give Joani Frankel an excellant rating. She was very professional during the entire process. Very knowledgeable and very patient, never pushy. She was quick to reply or follow-up on an issue. All our communications were either by phone, text or e-mail. I have not had the pleasure of meeting Joani in person but I’m looking forward to treating her to lunch, hopefully someday soon. Mark definitely earned his commission on the sale of my home. I live out of state and was ready to sell my rental home in the Palm Valley area of Goodyear in 2018. Mark was essential in procuring quality and very economical handyman, plumbing, and flooring installation services. He even found a kitchen appliance suite for a song--then delivered and installed most of it himself! Unfortunately, due to no fault of his, the house wasn't selling in the timeframe I needed, so I re-rented until this March. Mark once again found a local carpet installer and we were able to replace all carpets quickly and at an amazing rate, along with a variety of other upgrades and fixes. The home got multiple offers and sold the first weekend...then due to Covid and personal reasons, the buyers backed out. Mark reached out to backup offers, we relisted, and had a buyer a week later. Although the transaction was very bumpy (out of state issues with closing of buyer’s home) and there was a small issue with an unexpected double HOA charge, Mark was super responsive to all my questions and needs. He is one of the most giving, generous agents (or people) I've encountered. He has a heart of gold and genuinely has the client’s best interests in mind. As an out-of-state seller, I’m convinced I would not have been able for prep the property and sell it for the amount I did without Mark leading the way.

Mark started off as my daughters realtor and found her a nice house. I retired from work, and was in need of a realtor to sell my house. Well, looks like Mark would be the guy. He did everything he said he would, and now my house is in the sold column. As for Mark he went from just our realtor, too a good friend. I still call him for advice today. Al'Lea handled the sale of my house masterfully. I left town before the scheduled closing date and while I was on the road to my new destination, the buyers agent said some of the items on the BINSR were not acceptable. I was gone and there was nothing I could do except throw money at the problem by way of credits to the buyer. Al'Lea recognized that the buyers agent was asking for inflated charges to fix the issues so she hired a handyman to get the job done at half the price. I'm sure she ended up spending a good part of her day at my empty house to allow the handyman in and check his work. She saved me quite a bit of money, not to mention the aggrevation and stress. It pays to hire an agent with 30 plus years experience and Al'Lea Zamora would be an excellent choice for anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Where do I even start as the words I write here will fail to adequately convey the tremendous job Ilene did for my husband and I. We contacted Ilene when we knew we’d be relocating from Iowa so from the start she was faced with that extra challenge since we were not familiar with Arizona. She obviously read and listened to every detail of what we were looking for because it only took one weekend for us to find not only the perfect area but the perfect builder for us! We are not always easy to please but that goes to show the skills she has and how truly wonderful she is at what she does. She was not only a wealth of knowledge regarding real estate and builders but also on AZ areas. She took the extra time to drive around and show us different things she knew we’d be interested in and gave us helpful tips and advise. We truly never could have built a home from IA without having Ilene on our side. She was our voice during the build as well as our eyes. She took countless pictures and videos as things progressed and was truly was just as excited through it all as we were. We were at ease the whole time knowing we had Ilene on our side. We truly could not be happier in our Class new home in AZ! What makes Ilene even more special is she continues to show her support, and how much she truly cares, by doing things to help us feel welcomed and more settled in our house long after we have closed!
