Cherie was excellent! We are very glad to have met her through her partner in our home search. Cherie was very diligent in all aspects of her role as our real estate agent. Her communication was excellent and she valued our time. If she was running late, she'd let us know ahead of time. Her organizational skills were exceptional. She'd have folders ready for us with all applicable documents and even cold water. She was very aware of the current market status and ran comps for us on the spot and we had in depth discussions regarding the results. Cherie was very accommodating when it came time to make our offers. She was neither pushy nor completely hands-off, instead, she offered advice and asked questions to guide us in our decisions. Cherie was really easy to work with; both my wife and I felt very comfortable working with Cherie. I would not hesitate to work with Cherie again in the future.

Katrina is an amazing realtor! Katrina was available whenever we needed her assistance. We were able to relax knowing that all of our questions would be answered quickly. Andrea recently helped me purchase my first home. From the very beginning she was empathetic and understanding. She committed to a follow up schedule with me and stayed true to her promise throughout. For instance, the seller owed me money from earlier in the negotiation process for a fee. It was never given to me at closing. Andrea stayed on top of it for a month after closing even though she didn't have to. I finally received it because of her persistence. The seller's movers accidentally broke a lamp that had to be custom ordered. It took it a month and a half to show up. Andrea consistently checked in until I received it. I would highly recommend Andrea to anyone in the market looking for a home. She was great!

Randy is just amazing. He always answered his phone day or night. He showed us house after house for probably a month or more, during the weekend and evening week nights! He always had all the good information we could have even asked for on each house we looked at. When we finally found the one he stayed in constant contact with us even days after the home closed. He did all the inspections and walk through even when we couldn't make it. On the final walk through it was in such great condition just as he had said it would be. We used all of his trade references and we are so glad that we did. Everyone was so helpful and fast which is what we needed. The inspection company he set us up with was just amazing and so on top of getting us reports and very detailed. The next house we buy will be through randy and the realty one group!

I chose to write a review about Allan 8 months after he helped me and my wife get into our very first home. We had an great home buying experience with Allan, this guy honestly knows his stuff! We were so impressed with his knowledge of the big and small aspects of being a homebuyer and what we should be paying attention to while we visited homes. This guy is super patient and super awesome! We love our home and couldn't be happier with Allan's help, guidance, and most of all amazing professionalism! Oh and get a home warranty.. Allan recommended that we did and us not knowing exactly what the benefits would be we took Allan's honest word and bought a home warranty and it already paid off! Our AC unit recently started blowing hot air, long story short, AC fan motor went out and parts and labor without a warranty would have been over $600. But with Allan's great advice our warranty company fixed it up at a $65 service fee. We really appreciate hard working and decent people..
